March 2003 - New Service Coordinator Starts
Service is key to what CTC does every day. Having the right person to oversee the type of service our customers expect is critical. That's why when CTC was looking for the new Service Coordinator, every effort was taken to insure we found a person that was up to the task. Welcome Ginger McIntosh, the new CTC Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator is our customer's first point of contact for making sure their service experience is top-notch.

CTC makes it easier for our customers to find out information about their service history, contract information, etc.
With the addition of our Customers Area, our customers can see vital information related to previous work done, contract information, and more! This gives our customers secure access to information at the their discretion. For existing customers, please contact us to get your user id and password.
Soon to be added to the Customers Area, the ability to tentatively schedule jobs and request service. This makes requesting a technician that much easier!
