Everyone that I have dealt with at CTC in the past 6 years has been very knowledgeable and they have addressed all my problems in a prompt and professional way. I highly recommend CTC for all your hardware and software needs. Usually they know before we do if there is a problem with our servers. The CTC technicians always take the time to let me learn from them, and they are very patient and understanding when I am trying to learn how to perform some of the tasks that are related to keeping the servers running. When we experience problems, CTC response time to fixing the problems is usually within the hour. I can't think of any incident in the past 6 years where we have had to wait for more then 4 hours at the most. When I need help I pick up the phone and call and Ginger knows exactly what I need and who to send out to fix the problems. We order all our desktops, laptops, and printers from them. Their prices are competitive and the service they provide by setting up hardware before delivery saves me hours of time. Everyone at CTC stays on top of how our network is setup, they are familiar with all the users, and manage to keep everyone at Dale completely satisfied when they come on site to perform setups for us, or monthly maintenance on our equipment. Not only are they very knowledgeable with the latest technology available, but they offer me many solutions to help me keep the computers and servers at our company functioning at its best.
