By identifying possible spam BEFORE it gets to your inbox, the amount of time spent dealing with these unwanted emails is drastically reduced. Our system identifies spam without actually deleting the message so you can create filter rules in your email client to delete or move the tagged email to a separate folder. Since messages are never deleted from the CTC MailTag System, a false positive never occurs and you always get that important email. Only mail systems that are on blacklists are blocked from sending email through our system. As an added bonus, all email is scanned for viruses before leaving our system so you can feel better about the attachments you receive. Monthly Maintenance Service - $100.00 (monthly)

Preventive maintenance of critical systems is probably one of the most important and often neglected aspects of technology. Keeping these systems “up to spec” is easy for the highly skilled staff of IT professionals at CTC. We can remotely provide routine preventive maintenance service for your mission critical systems. Services provided will include:

• Reviewing Event Logs for “red flag” items, failures, etc.
