The first thing that needs to be done is to create a new folder under your Inbox (or you can simply use your Junk-Email folder instead of creating a new folder). In Outlook 2003, to show the folders, just click Go, then choose Folder List. In other versions of Outlook, click View, Folder View. Once the folder list is up, just right-click on the Inbox and choose New Folder. Give it the name Probable Spam and click OK. You can choose to make a shortcut to this if you'd like.
Now that the Probable Spam folder is created, we need to create a rule to move email that gets tagged by the CTC Spam Tagging System to this folder automatically. The different versions of Microsoft Outlook are slightly different in the way you access the rules. Typically, in Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP, you click Tools and choose Rules Wizard. In Outlook 2003, you click Tools and choose Rules and Alerts. Choose to create a new rule and start from a blank rule. When this comes up, the first part is already populated saying "Apply this rule after the message arrives", so just click Next. Scroll down to where it says "with specific words in the subject" and put a check in the box. When this selection is in the bottom pane of the window, click on "specific words". Enter Probable Spam and click add and then choose OK. Click Next. Choose the first option, which is "move it to the specified folder" by putting a check in the box. When it's in the bottom pane, click on "specified folder". When the folder view comes up, expand your Inbox and choose the Probable Spam folder we created earlier and click OK. Choose Finish and click OK.
Now, when email comes in that have been tagged by the CTC Spam Tagging System, they will be automatically moved to the Probable Spam folder. Just check this folder a couple times a day to make sure there isn't anything that was mistakenly tagged and then simply delete the junk email.
